  • Our tallow is dry rendered and fine filtered to remove any impurities. This method retains more nutrients, has a longer shelf life, and is less susceptible to bacteria growth.

  • No! Our unscented tallows just have a neutral almost buttery like smell that goes away once absorbed into your skin.

  • Yes! Tallow is great for little ones. It can be used for diaper rash, cradle cap, eczema, and boo-boos.

  • A few things factor into the texture, color, and consistency of tallow products. The individual cow, temperature, added oils, etc. It is 100% natural and okay for it to vary from batch to batch.

  • Our tallow products have a shelf life of 9-12 months when stored properly (in a dry, cool environment with no water contamination).

  • All ingredients are listed on each product page so you can avoid essential oils. Pure, Naked, and Hero are all EO free. We also have an EO free Lip Balm.

  • Tallow is solid at room temperature but can melt if overheated since it is a fat. If it melts, you can pop it in the fridge for a few minutes to re-solidify. It will not change the effectiveness of the Tallow, but it will feel more balm like than whipped and fluffy. To get the whipped texture back, simply scoop all product out of the jar and mix with a hand mixer, then scoop or pipe it back into your jar.

All online orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, unless specified otherwise.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship USPS Ground Delivery, which takes 2-5 business days once it leaves us. You will receive tracking info via email when your order has been fulfilled! Please be mindful of your delivery date so your tallow does not sit outside too long in hot weather.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, you must contact your local post office and file a claim, but please reach out to us and let us know as well so we can help you.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your package arrives damaged or broken, please email us with photos so we can assist you.

REFUNDS + RETURNS
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, or have any questions/concerns, please reach out to us. We will help you resolve any issues.
